About ProsperTalent

A workforce partner — not a recruitment agency.

We don't just fill seats. ProsperTalent operates as an embedded workforce arm — sourcing across 38 nationalities, handling visas and accommodation, payrolling and managing performance, so our clients focus on delivery, not paperwork.

Built in 2014 in Al Quoz, we've grown into one of the UAE's most trusted manpower partners — supplying skilled, semi-skilled and unskilled workers to Tier-1 contractors, hotel groups, hospital networks and logistics operators across all seven emirates.

02
48-hour mobilisation, on average
A 9,000-strong on-bench pool inside the UAE, plus pre-screened candidates ready in source markets. Most requests are deployed within two business days.

Zero recruitment fees charged to workers. Direct contracts with our overseas offices in Nepal, Philippines, India, Kenya and Uganda — no agent margins, no exploitation.
04

If a worker doesn't perform within the first 30 days, we replace at no cost. Our retention rate runs 22 points above the UAE manpower industry average.
05
Dedicated account manager
One named point of contact across mobilisation, payroll, leave, replacements and renewals — not a ticket queue or a generic call centre.
06
Scalable from 5 to 5,000
Same operating standard for a five-person F&B crew or a five-thousand-person infrastructure mobilisation. Our infrastructure is built to flex.

How we work

From brief to boots-on-site
in five steps.

01

Brief

Discovery call. Headcount, trades, duration, accommodation needs, site logistics — we map your operational picture in one session.

02

Source

Match against our on-bench pool first. If the spec needs fresh hires, we activate our overseas offices and start screening within 24 hours.

03

Screen

Trade tests, medical clearance, document verification, language assessment, behavioural interview. You see CVs only after they pass.

04

Deploy

Visa stamping, accommodation, transport, PPE issue, site induction. Workers arrive ready to start — not waiting on paperwork.

05

Manage

Account manager, attendance reporting, payroll, leave, replacements. We stay accountable for performance through the full contract cycle.

Eleven years of putting the UAE to work.

From a five-person desk above an Al Quoz warehouse to one of the UAE's most trusted manpower partners — supplying skilled workers to Tier-1 contractors, hotel groups, hospitals and logistics operators across all seven emirates.

The story

Founded by operators,
not recruiters.

— Why we exist

The UAE's growth runs on labour mobility. We make that mobility ethical, fast, and accountable.

ProsperTalent was started in 2014 by two operations leaders who'd spent a decade running build sites and hotel operations across the Gulf — and were tired of the gap between what staffing agencies promised and what showed up at the gate.

We built ProsperTalent as the manpower partner we wished we had: licensed in the UAE, owning the labour relationship end-to-end, sourcing directly from source markets without agent middlemen, and accountable for everything from the visa stamp to the daily attendance sheet.

Eleven years later, we operate from a 14,000-square-foot HQ in Al Quoz Industrial 3, with direct offices in Kathmandu, Manila, Mumbai, Nairobi and Kampala — and 14,200 workers deployed across the country at any given moment.

02 / 04
Our principles

Four things we don't
compromise on.

— Ethical recruitment
Workers never pay a fee. Ever.
We absorb the full cost of sourcing — visa, flight, medical, training. Our overseas offices recruit directly. No commission to outside agents, no debt bondage, no exceptions.
— Operational accountability
If they're on our visa, they're our responsibility.
Performance, payroll, accommodation, replacements, end-of-service — we own it. Our clients receive output, not paperwork.
— Speed without shortcuts
48 hours, but every step verified.
Trade tests, medical clearance, document verification, behavioural screen — we don't skip steps to hit a deadline. We built infrastructure to do them faster.
— Long-term over transactional
94% client retention isn't luck.
We're built to be the manpower partner you don't replace. Quarterly business reviews, named account managers, transparent reporting on what's working and what isn't.

FAQ

The questions we get,
the first time we talk.

How quickly can you mobilise?
Most requests are deployed within 48 hours from an on-bench pool of 9,000+ workers already inside the UAE. New-from-source mobilisation runs 21–35 days end-to-end including visa processing and flights.
Who supervises the workers on site?
You do. Manpower supply is a "directed labour" model — your supervisors instruct the day-to-day work. For a fully managed alternative where ProsperTalent runs the on-site operation, see our Outsourced Workforce service.
What if a worker doesn't perform?
Replacement guaranteed within the first 30 days at no additional cost. After 30 days, replacements are processed within 5 working days at standard mobilisation rates.
Do workers live on your accommodation or ours?
Default is ProsperTalent-managed accommodation (included in the monthly rate). If you operate your own MOL-compliant camp, we can deploy on a no-accommodation rate — typically 350-450 AED/month lower.
What's the minimum contract size?
Minimum 5 workers, 1 month for unskilled/semi-skilled. Minimum 3 workers, 3 months for skilled trades. Below that, our Visa & PRO service is usually a better fit.
Can we transfer workers to our own sponsorship later?
Yes — visa transfers are common after 6+ months. We handle the MOHRE work, including NOC. Transfer fee is the unamortised portion of the original mobilisation cost.

— Service 02

We run the team. You run the business.

Fully managed teams with ProsperTalent supervisors on-site. You define the SLA — output volume, attendance, quality thresholds — and we operate against it. Performance is our problem, not yours.

01 / 04
When to use it

When the operation —
not the headcount — is what you need solved.

— Manpower supply
Right fit when…
  • You have site supervisors and trade leads already in place
  • You want flexibility to flex headcount up and down weekly
  • The work is well-understood and pace-controlled by your team
  • You measure success by attendance and trade competence
— Outsourced workforce
Right fit when…
  • You want to outsource the entire function (housekeeping, FM, stewarding)
  • You measure success by output (rooms cleaned, sqm maintained, items picked)
  • You'd rather pay for results than for hours
  • Supervisor recruitment and management is itself a cost you'd avoid
02 / 04
What you get

A turnkey workforce
operation, accountable to you.

01 —
Site supervisor included
Every outsourced team comes with a ProsperTalent site supervisor — your single point of contact for day-to-day operations, escalations and reporting.
02 —
SLA-based contract
Performance written into the contract — attendance thresholds, output targets, response times, quality benchmarks. Misses trigger service credits.
03 —
Replacement handled silently
Sickness, attrition, no-shows — replacements happen behind the scenes. You see consistent on-site headcount; we manage the bench.
04 —
Monthly performance review
Standard reporting pack: attendance, output, incidents, SLA compliance, cost per output unit. Quarterly review with our COO for enterprise contracts.
05 —
Per-output pricing available
For mature operations (housekeeping, FM, picking), we can price per output unit instead of per worker — aligning incentives on productivity.
03 / 04
Where it works

Operations we run today.

— Housekeeping
Hotel housekeeping (per-room SLA)
5-star groups across Dubai and Abu Dhabi. SLA on rooms-per-shift, inspection pass rate, guest satisfaction score.
— Facilities
Integrated FM (per-sqm SLA)
Cleaning, basic MEP, gardening across commercial towers and residential communities. Pay per managed sqm, not per FTE.
— Logistics
Warehouse picking (per-line SLA)
E-commerce and 3PL warehouses. SLA on lines-picked-per-hour, accuracy rate, on-time despatch.
— Hospitality
Steward & cleaning crews
F&B and event venues. SLA on cover times, table reset speed, glass-and-cutlery polish standards.
— Construction
Finishing & handover crews
Outsourced finishing teams (painting, snagging, second-fix) on per-unit pricing for residential and hospitality fit-out projects.
— Retail
Stocking & merchandising
Overnight stocking crews and weekend merchandising teams across supermarket and department-store chains.
04 / 04
FAQ

What clients ask first.

What's the minimum team size?
12 workers including the supervisor. Below that, the management overhead doesn't make outsourcing economical for either side — manpower supply is the better fit.
How is pricing structured?
Two models: per-FTE (a monthly rate per worker with supervisor included), or per-output (price per managed sqm, room cleaned, line picked). Per-output is preferred for mature operations because incentives line up.
What happens when SLA is missed?
Tiered service credits — typically 5%, 10% or 15% of the monthly fee depending on the severity of the miss. Three consecutive monthly misses trigger a contract review with our COO.
Can we move from manpower supply to outsourced over time?
Yes — about a third of our enterprise outsourced contracts started as straight manpower supply. We'll usually propose the transition once headcount stabilises and the operation has predictable outputs.
Do you handle uniforms, equipment and consumables?
Uniforms and standard PPE are included. Specialist equipment (forklifts, MEWPs, cleaning machinery) and consumables (chemicals, refuse bags) are typically client-supplied — but we can include them on an open-book basis if you prefer a single invoice.

FAQ

What CHROs ask us.

Salary range you typically search?
AED 25,000/month and up (roughly USD 6,800+). Below that, contingent recruitment usually works better — happy to refer.
Do you handle confidential / replacement searches?
Yes — about 40% of our active mandates are confidential, where the incumbent is being replaced or the role hasn't been announced internally. We approach candidates without revealing the client until they're in active interview.
Local national / Emiratisation searches?
Yes. We have a dedicated UAE national talent practice covering banking, government-adjacent, energy and family-business roles. Strong networks across the major emirates.
How do you assess candidates beyond the CV?
Structured competency-based interview, two reference calls (we insist on calls, not emails), and where the role warrants, a psychometric (Hogan or SHL) or a case panel with two senior operators from our network.
Can we engage on a contingent basis instead?
We don't take contingent mandates. Retained searches let us invest the time and confidentiality the work requires — and our 92% placement rate on retained searches reflects that.

FAQ

The questions HR asks.

Do you handle freezone visas too?
Yes — DMCC, DAFZA, JAFZA, ADGM, RAKEZ, Hamriyah and most major freezones. Pricing differs based on freezone fee structure; we'll confirm in the quote.
Can you sponsor visas for our employees?
Two models: (a) we process visas under your company's licence as a PRO service, or (b) we sponsor under ProsperTalent's licence as part of manpower supply. Choose based on whether you have your own licence and quota.
What about Golden Visa applications?
Yes — we process Golden Visa applications for skilled professionals (investors, doctors, scientists, talented professionals). Eligibility check is the first step; we'll be straight about whether the case is viable before any fees.
How do you handle document attestation from origin country?
Our overseas offices (Manila, Kathmandu, Mumbai, Nairobi, Kampala) handle ministry attestation and MOFA before documents leave the source country. For other nationalities, we coordinate with attestation agents.
What if a visa is rejected?
We refund our service fee. Government fees, where already paid and non-refundable, can't be recovered — but we'll appeal at no additional fee where there's grounds.
Need a mobilisation now?

We'll handle the rest.

02 / 03
Who it's for

Three common situations
where this fits.

01
Companies under 100 staff
No in-house payroll function. Outsourcing is more cost-effective than hiring a dedicated payroll specialist, and removes the single-point-of-failure risk.
02
Multi-entity groups
One payroll process across several LLCs, freezone entities, or branches. Single dashboard, consolidated reporting, separate WPS submissions per entity.
03
Hybrid workforces
Already using our manpower supply, want a single payroll provider for direct hires too. Same processes, same dashboard, same monthly invoice.
03 / 03
FAQ

The questions finance leads ask.

How much does it cost?
From AED 60/employee/month at scale (200+ staff). For smaller teams, AED 80–120/employee/month. Volume discounts kick in at 100, 200 and 500 employees.
Which WPS banks do you work with?
All MOHRE-approved WPS agents. We have direct integrations with Mashreq, ENBD, ADIB and FAB for streamlined SIF file submission, but can work with any agent you nominate.
How fast is onboarding?
First payroll typically runs within 30 days of contract signature. Mid-month migrations supported — we'll run a parallel for the first month to catch any data anomalies.
Can we keep our existing HRMS?
Yes — we integrate with most HRMS platforms (Bayzat, ZenHR, Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR) via API or scheduled file import. No need to migrate your HR data.
What's the SLA on payroll accuracy?
99.7% first-time-right (industry standard is ~98%). Errors are reconciled by the next payroll cycle. Errors caused by us are absorbed at our cost.

From our workforce

What workers say
after three years with us.

I came from Kathmandu in 2022 as a general helper. ProsperTalent paid for my welding certification last year. Now I'm a 6G welder earning four times what I started on, still on the same visa.

What I appreciate most is the payroll always comes on the 2nd. Always. Back home I worked in Saudi for two years and we were chasing salary every month. Here it's predictable. My family is settled because of that.

FAQ
For applicants

Common questions.

Do I have to pay anything to apply or to get hired?
No. Ever. We pay for the visa, medical, flight and all mobilisation costs. If anyone — including a sub-agent claiming to represent us — asks you for money, please report it immediately to [email protected]. We will investigate and reimburse you.
How long after applying will I hear back?
Within 3 working days. If your profile matches a live role, often within 24 hours. If we don't have a live match, you'll go on our active candidate list and we'll be in touch as soon as something opens.
Do I need a CV? Trade certification?
CV helps but is not required — you can fill out the form and we'll build a profile from there. For skilled trades (welder, electrician, HVAC) you'll need to pass a trade test at our office. We don't require a piece of paper if you can demonstrate the skill.
What contract length should I expect?
Standard is a 2-year contract. Some construction roles are 3 years. After the first contract, most workers extend with us for a second or third term — about 60% of our workforce has been with us 4+ years.
What about food and accommodation?
Accommodation is provided at no cost — MOL-compliant camps with AC, kitchen, recreation. For most blue-collar roles food is self-cooked (camps have shared kitchens). Some hospitality roles include meals on shift.
Can I bring my family later?
For most blue-collar roles, family visas require a salary threshold (currently AED 4,000+ with accommodation, or AED 6,000+ without). Most semi-skilled and skilled roles meet the threshold; some don't. We'll be straight with you about whether your role does.
I'm already in the UAE — can I switch to your visa?
Yes, with an NOC from your current sponsor. We handle the transfer process — typically 14-21 days end-to-end. Apply below and indicate "UAE (already here)" as your current country.
